The
CryoSeal® Fibrin Sealant System enables the production
of autologous fibrin sealant components from a single unit of
a patient's blood plasma in about 60 minutes. This semi-automated,
customizable system is convenient and easy to use. Autologous
fibrin sealant eliminates the risks of pathogen contamination
from "pooled" plasma products and adverse reactions caused by
components derived from animal products. |

- The CP-3 fibrin sealant disposable enables the simultaneous
production of both components of fibrin sealant. The Thrombin
Processing Device (TPD™) produces thrombin, while
the main CP-3 disposable harvests cryoprecipitate from the
same unit of plasma.
- Flexibility to create customized dual syringe Fibrin
Sealant (FS) applicator kits, depending on volume required.
Each kit may contain up to 6 ml of dual component Fibrin
Sealant.
- CryoSeal® Fibrin Sealant applicator kits can be stored
frozen and thawed in minutes, thereby requiring no needle
transfers, no reconstitution, and no mixing.
- FS Kits enter the surgical suite overwrapped, pre-filled,
and ready for use. Simply peel back the overwrap, present
into the sterile field, attach an applicator tip, and apply.
- Choice of metered and non-metered applicators, with several
applicator tips. For precise dosing, the metered applicator
dispenses 200 microliters of CryoSeal® Fibrin Sealant
with each trigger pull. Spray and line/drop tip options
make CryoSeal® Fibrin Sealant convenient for a variety
of surgical procedures.
